About the Review
The Delivery Readiness Review
Your reading reflects five answers from one person. The Review examines relevant records alongside the experience of the people responsible for the work, to understand what is supporting delivery and what may be holding it back.
What your organisation receives
An evidence-based assessment of the delivery constraints, with recommended next steps and a clear account of what remains uncertain. The findings provide a basis for deciding what needs attention first.
The Review is a complete assessment engagement. Your organisation can act on the findings internally; response design and implementation support can be commissioned separately where needed.
